Tcp F Open(channel,File$,status)
Status affects the state of the file:
0 - Read/Write to file
1 - Read Only

I always use an NTSC Hires-laced screenmode when designing GUI's (as 99% of
people using the program will never have their screenmode that low in size
anyway) and have never experienced any problems. I sometimes use NTSC
Lowres for small things/detail.
